• Paris Hilton’s psychiatrist has said the heiress is “emotionally distraught and traumatized” at the thought of going into jail next month. Dr Charles Sophy made the comments in a legal document on Monday to postpone an ongoing slander and libel case between Paris and actress Zeta Graff. Paris was expected to testify in the case later this month but Dr Sophy has said that given “given her current psychological, and emotional state … [she’s] not capable of any meaningful participation in a trial.”
  • Speaking of Paris, she and Petra Nemcova must have very similar taste in men - Paris was linked to James Blunt after he split from Petra and now the supermodel has been linked to Paris’ on-off boyfriend Stavros Niarchos. An recent onlooker at Bungalow 8 in New York told the New York Post reports Petra and Stavros were all over each other at the club: “She was grinding him. It was pretty gross. I mean, he used to sleep with Paris. Eww.”
  • Calum Best was refused entry into the VIP section of a nightclub at the new The Cove Atlantis resort in the Bahamas after he momentarily left girlfriend Lindsay Lohan to go to the toilet. Onlookers report he made a fuss and repeatedly name-dropped Lindsay when he found out he couldn’t get back in but the security staff weren’t interested. Eventually Lindsay dispatched a member of her group to look for him and a source told Us Weekly: “They came and got him and Calum gave an ‘I told you so’ look to the guard.”
