• Paris Hilton’s legal team have officially decided to drop their appeal against her upcoming jail sentence. Paris’ lawyer filed notice that they planned to appeal just hours after the sentence was granted earlier this month but after Paris’ sentence was effectively halved this week, they’ve decided to drop the further appeal for a reduction in the sentence.
  • Marica Valentine, the woman accused of attempting to run over Sandra Bullock’s husband Jesse James, has been charged with two felony counts. Marcia have been charged with a charge each of aggravated assault and stalking after the incident at Sandra and Jesse’s Orange County home. Marica could face up to four year and eight months in prison if convicted on both counts. She’s due back in court next week.
