Amy Winehouse and new husband Blake Fielder-Civil reportedly spent more than £9,000 for three-night stay in Miami for their wedding on Friday.

The couple opted for a £2500-a-night luxury apartment, with its own private pool, in the Shore Club hotel and spent more than £1000 on room service - including many bottles of vintage Veuve Clicquot champagne at £90 a time.

An inside source at the hotel told the Mirror: “Amy told Blake that she’d spare no expense - she’s working so hard now that they tried to cram two weeks’ worth of fun into two days.”

“They locked themselves in and wouldn’t even leave to let the chambermaids change the linen!”

“Every few hours, they’d call and ask for bubbly and occasionally french fries. They seemed far more interested in booze than food!”

The couple married in a private ceremony on Friday morning after getting engaged last month. Photos from the event have reportedly been sold to a magazine for a six-figure sum.
