Sheryl Crow shows off new son, Wyatt
Sheryl Crow has said she thinks new son Wyatt will be the first in a “whole troop” of children in her life.
Sheryl adopted Wyatt shortly after his birth just over three weeks ago and posed with him for an OK magazine photo shoot last week. Speaking about his arrival, she said: “The day he came home (on April 30), I felt like the whole house had changed. The house felt fuller. You just feel like nesting and making sure he’s acclimated to the world. It is all so fascinating.”
“My mom would hand him to me and say, ‘Here’s your mommy’. It was really poignant (and very startling) to hear my mom call me Mommy. It took me a while to get used to it.”
She added that while she is in a relationship with a secret “somebody”, she doesn’t “feel any pressure to get married” and after adopting Wyatt, won’t rely on that relationship to further expand her family.

I wonder how much Sheryl got paid for that front page photo?. Angie Jolie got paid one million dollars for first pictures of her baby Shiloh. Front page publicity and a big check on top of it, it`s easy money for the taking.

The money is going to charity - and that is typical Sheryl Crow.
From her own website:
Wyatt Breaks Cover
Hi Everyone!
Well, as you no doubt have seen, Wyatt and I did our first, and probably only, photoshoot for a magazine. I have always made it a practice to keep my private life out of the public light but to be honest, I was being heavily stalked by photographers who wanted the get the “first shot.” And rather than have someone I don’t know sell a shot to a magazine, we accepted OK magazine’s offer to make a generous donation to an amazing organization called the World Food Program in Wyatt’s name.. (Please visit their site by clicking on the name or pasting this in your browser http://www.wfp.org)
So….Wyatt is now a humanitarian! Because he and I happened to catch an interview with Drew Barrymore on the Situation Room with Wolf Blitzer about this organization, we were inspired to get involved with the WFP.
In a nutshell, this United Nations non-profit organization feeds millions of starving children at schools in third world countries as an incentive for them to attend school, which in turn might better their futures. They do so much more but I was so struck by this story that our relationship with the WFP was born, with the help of OK Magazine.
Hope you enjoy!

Shiloh’s cover was paid 5 times or perhaps 8 times higher than one million dollars, Sheryl Crowe doesn’t have Angelina’s caliber. However it was directly given to charity, a smart way to do some good and useful things out of stupid rag magazines readers’ money!
