Jude Law’s spokesperson has confirmed that the actor has finished with Harper’s Bazaar editor-at-large Kim Hersov after a three month relationship.

The pair kept their coupledom on the hush-hush until being spotted on holiday together last month but Jude finished with her before flying to Cannes for the film festival earlier this month.

A friend of Kim’s told the Daily Mail: “Jude was clearly up for having a good time and was very much the single guy in Cannes. After the recent trip they enjoyed to India, Kim thought it might be something more long-term. Sadly not.”

A friend of Jude’s added: “Jude said the relationship with Kim wasn’t that serious. There was a flirtation but as far as he was concerned it was just a bit of fun.”

“He’s tired of the love rat label and just wants to knuckle down and get on with some serious acting which is his real passion.”

His spokesperson confirmed that Jude is “happily single and very focused on his work”.
