Nicole Richie might go to jail but doesn’t want to go to rehab ever again

Nicole Richie has admitted she’s worried she might be joining good friend Paris Hilton in jail - but she hopes she’s not going to be joining other close friend Lindsay Lohan in rehab.

Nicole said on KIIS radio show On Air With Ryan Seacrest yesterday that she doesn’t know whether she’ll end up in jail following her DUI arrest last December: “Everything is possible at this point…I’m nervous, but I understand that I have to deal with whatever consequences come my way, and I take responsibility.”

When questionned about whether Paris was nervous about her forthcoming sentence, Nicole replied: “Wouldn’t you be?…Of course she is.”

She also denied rumours that she was in rehab earlier this month for prescription drug addiction and to get help with for eating disorders: “[The rumours started because] I hadn’t been photographed in a couple of weeks, people were wondering where I was. The truth was, I was on tour with [boyfriend Joel Madden]. I don’t have any plans to go back [to rehab]. Hopefully I won’t ever have to go back.”
