• Another rumour we’ve heard before - Beyoncé Knowles and Jay-Z have reportedly got engaged after the hip-hop star proposed in Cannes last week. According to the News of the World, Jay-Z promised her “the biggest diamond she can fit on her finger” for her engagement ring and the couple are planning “the hip-hop wedding to end all hip-hop weddings” in Hawaii later in the year.
  • Victoria Beckham has flown back to the US to continue work on her TV show after a brief return to Europe to watch husband David Beckham’s return to the England football team on Friday night. But even though she was only back over here for a couple of days, she believes the 10-hour each way transatlantic flights were worth it. Just before boarding her return flight, she told reporters: “I’m so proud of David. All the family are incredibly proud. It was a great game and he played really well.”
