Bruce Willis has admitted he was livid when ex-wife Demi Moore started dating her now-husband Ashton Kutcher and it was only advice from Will Smith that helped him come to terms with it.

He told Playboy recently: “During some very dark hours [Will] talked to me about it. He said, ‘Dude, you’ve got to do whatever it takes to get the kids and all the spouses or the girlfriends together. You’ve got to show your kids it’s OK.’

It was like a light went on. Ding. So Will, thanks. And thanks for all those good movies you’re making.”

Bruce is now good friends with Ashton - to the point that he holidays with Ashton and Demi - and the three each take a role in raising Demi and Bruce’s three daughters, Rumer, Scout and Lulah.
