After various premieres around Europe, Shrek the Third debuted in the UK yesterday with a star-studded screening in London’s Leicester Square. Cameron Diaz and ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake hogged the photographers’ attention on the green carpet but other stars Mike Myers, Antonio Banderas and Rupert Everett also managed to get in a picture or two as well.
And while Cameron and Justin were making friendly in the UK, over in LA, Justin’s rumoured girlfriend Jessica Biel kept her head down during a walk with her doggies.
Also enjoying the canine love, Hayden Panettiere attended Animal Fair Magazine’s 8th Annual “Paws For Style” celebrity pet fashion show in New York.
Rachel Weisz hit some New York red carpet recently too - she wore an interesting (ahem) dress to the Donna Karan/Cinema Society event on Monday.
Also somewhat style-challenged, Patrick Dempsey was snapped in a pink satin dress while filming Made of Honor in the meatpacking district of Manhattan on Sunday. He’d have looked far better in a less bubblegum tone - and with a bit more padding upstairs too.
Victoria Beckham must have brought a million outfits with her to LA on her current jaunt - she was spotted in bright pink then black & white over the weekend, then another black dress for a trip to her Hollywood lawyer’s office on Monday, a third black number for a coffee on Sunset Boulevard in the afternoon then a sporty combo for throwing out the first pitch at the Dodgers baseball game in the evening.

Her former Spice Girl bandmate Melanie Brown was snapped taking daughter Angel Iris to the Roxbury Medical building in Beverly Hills to be DNA tested after a court appearance yesterday, with suspected dad Eddie Murphy followed shortly afterwards.
Liev Schreiber committed a no-no on Monday morning - he was spotted smoking around very pregnant fiancee (wife?) Naomi Watts on Monday morning. Naomi was spotted out without her smoky beau later on in the day too.
