Victoria Beckham thinks Marks & Spencer and British television are the things she’ll miss the most when her family moves to Los Angeles next month.

She said this week: “You can get most things out there but what I will miss is M&S. I missed it when I first moved to Madrid and it is the first shop I go to when I am back.”

“Another thing you miss is the TV. I’ll have to make sure I get a digital box so I can catch up with all the shows I like, such as Eastenders. And David will want to watch all the British football.”

But even without her favourite British soaps, she suspects they’ll keep themselves busy in their new home: “I have a lot of friends in LA now, so I am very lucky. David and I have been invited to so many dinner parties. We will never get bored out there.”
