Paris Hilton transferred back to jail in Lynwood
Despite rumours that she’d sit out her sentence in the medical ward at the Twin Towers Correctional Facility in Los Angeles, Paris Hilton has been transferred back to the Century Regional Detention Center in Lynwood where she started her jail time last week.
A spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed that Paris left the Twin Towers Facility around 11pm last night and wore handcuffs for the journey back to Lynwood.
She will be held in the Detention Center’s medical clinic until staff are confident that she is stable enough to be moved back to her original solitary cell in the special needs area of the prison.
At Twin Towers, Paris was given medication - believed to help with panic attacks brought on by extreme Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) and claustrophia - and it’s expected that she will continue on the treatment for the remainder of her sentence.
However, an inside source told TMZ that, medication or no medication, the return might cause Paris to regress to her previous distraught state and “to describe Paris as emotionally upset would be an understatement.”
