Justin TimberlakeJustin Timberlake has denied there is anything serious going on between him and Jessica Biel.

The pair have been linked several times this year and were spotted kissing when Jessica joined Justin in the UK for the British leg of his current tour. However he’s now told French magazine Public that she’s just a “very dear friend” and that he hasn’t yet met the love of his life.

Speaking about Jessica joining him on his tour, he said: “She truly insisted that she came with me on tour. I don’t know how to say no to a pretty face. But it wasn’t really a good idea.”

“This time I’m putting the [touring] machine before everything else. Jessica met up with me in Manchester, but for Paris I told her categorically no [she couldn’t join me].”

“This tour is very important for me. I’m doing it really seriously so there’s no question of playing sweethearts.”

Justin has mixed the European leg of his tour with promoting new film Shrek the Third and has been repeatedly photographed at various premieres and photo calls with co-star and ex-girlfriend Cameron Diaz - but like her, he doesn’t see that as a problem.

He added: “Cameron is without doubt one of my best friends. I adore her and I hope it will always be like that.”
