Bruce Willis: forget drugs, focus on alcohol and the causes of abuse
Bruce Willis has said he believes the US government would better off focusing on the reasons people take drugs instead of just punishing those that do.
Bruce, who has previously spoken out about the need for improved foster care, told Playboy magazine recently that despite the amount of rehabbing going on: “Drugs and alcohol aren’t bigger problems in Hollywood than anywhere else. They’re everywhere.”
“Also, one drug is still advertised everywhere you look - at every sporting event, in every magazine. More people are killed by drunk drivers every years than by anything else. The problem is largely ignored.”
“The big problem is the reasons people have for wanting to anesthetize themselves. We fight it the wrong way.”
“The war on drugs is a joke. If somebody weren’t making money off cocaine traffic or drug traffic in general, it wouldn’t exist.”

Kudos to Bruce Willis for speaking out against
the insane, stupid and counter-productive war on drugs.
Almost all of the problems we have with illegal drugs are because the certain (politically selected) drugs are illegal.
Because certain drugs are illegal, they are of unknown purity, unknown potency and unknown quality–just like alcohol was when it was illegal.
And just like alcohol was when it was illegal, our illegal drugs are unregulated, untaxed and controlled by criminal gangs.
For a substantially different approach to drugs, go to http://www.youtube.com and search for
“Law Enforcement Against Prohibition” and view their short video.
Then decide for yourself if LEAP is on target or off base.
