• Nicole Richie will contest the charge that she was driving while unfit last December after her legal team were unable to reach a plea bargain agreement with prosecutors. Nicole is said to have admitted to taking a Vicodin pill and smoking marijuana before she was stopped by police as she drove the wrong way along a Californian highway. A trial date has now been set for 11th Jult and she face up to one year in jail if found guilty.

The source told the New York Post: “She’s been telling friends - she has to be three months now, because she’s announcing it.” The baby would be a first child for both Christina and her husband Jordan Bratman.
