Paris Hilton has reportedly been threatened with receiving “food” through an intravenous drip unless she starts eating more consistently now in jail.

During her initial short stay at the Century Regional Detention Facility at Lynwood, Paris was said to have refused the food offered to her because she feared being photographed on the toilet but started eating when she was moved to the Twin Towers medical facility after her short reassignment to house arrest.

However, now she’s back to Lynwood, she’s stopped eating again and has lost over half a stone (8lbs) from her already svelte frame in less than a week.

An inside source told the Sun: “After she was transferred back, Paris refused to eat.”

“Staff became worried as she seems very thin with her bones poking out. She was also very weak and lethargic.”

“They threatened to put her on an intravenous drip to rehydrate her and give her some nourishment unless she started eating.”

“She has since managed to get a little food down, but doctors are closely monitoring her.”

The source added the prison stay is also taking its toll on her physical appearance since she can’t preen herself as much as she usually does: “Paris looks very pale. She is not allowed to wear make-up and her hair is matted and frizzy from washing it with soap as there’s no shampoo.”
