Liv Tyler has said she’s in no doubt that she’ll have cosmetic surgery as she gets older.

Liv, who turns 30 on the 1st July, told Allure magazine recently: “I’m definitely going to have some, I’m sure.”

She already contemplated submitting to the knife after she gave birth to son Milo in December 2004 but chose a more natural route instead: “I was trying to get back into shape, so I went to the gym every day, sometimes twice a day.”

But she insists it isn’t just vanity - she needs to look good on the screen and for her role as the face of Givenchy: “I have to make a living. I guess I could sell my house and go live a really simple life in a trailer somewhere.”
