Katie Price and Peter Andre welcome their baby girl
Katie Price gave birth to her baby daughter on Friday.
The as-yet-unnamed baby girl was born by Caesarian at London’s private Portland Hospital on Friday morning and weighed in at 6lbs, 13oz.
A statement issued on behalf of Katie and husband Peter Andre said: “Peter Andre and Katie Price are happy to announce the birth of their first daughter.”
“Both Peter and Katie are absolutely over the moon with the new addition to their family and delighted to have a sister for Harvey and Junior - it is a dream come true.”
“Both Katie and the baby are healthy and happy, and will be spending the next few days resting in hospital.”
Speaking to the Mirror on leaving the hospital on Friday, Peter added: “I’m a very happy man now my beautiful wife has given birth to a beautiful baby girl.”
The couple already have a two year old son together, Junior, and Katie has a five year old son, Harvey, from a previous relationship.

i knew that after Jordan’s miscarriages that she was desperate to have a girl. most women are. but because she has 2 boys (Harvey and Junior) I think that she really wanted her girl. she was overjoyed on her programme (the baby diaries) when she gave birth. B.T.W they were amazing on “I’m a celeb”!! LOL
