• Sum 41’s Deryck Whibley has said his first year of marriage has been great. The singer married Avril Lavigne in a traditional ceremony in California on the 15th July last year and told the Sun recently: “Married life is great. Avril’s just gorgeous.” He added that while Avril’s changed her look considerably since they first met in 2004, it’s only to be expected: “If you look at what anybody was wearing when they were 17 and then look at what they’re wearing when they’re 22 or 23 it’s completely different. It’s just how it is. She’s absolutely gorgeous.”
  • Tracey Edmonds has denied rumours that she’s split up from Eddie Murphy. The couple began dating last autumn and the relationship hit the news when Eddie questioned the paternity of Melanie Brown’s baby. After Angel Iris was proved to be Eddie’s daughter last month, Tracey was rumoured to have finished with Eddie but she’s now told People magazine “that is absolutely not true” and they are still “very happy” together.
