Tori Spelling can now legally officiate at marriages at the bed and breakfast she runs after taking a course online.

Tori explained on her blog this week: “I am now officially ordained. Yep, that’s right - Reverend Tori Spelling! I did it last week online and my official certificate is in the mail.”

Tori has already carried out her first ceremony at the Chateau La Rue, which was filmed for her reality TV show Tori & Dean: Inn Love: “I was so honored when the couple asked me to officiate.”

“We did it on the front steps of the Chateau as 40 of their friends looked on seated in a lounge-like atmosphere. It was so beautiful as I united Tony and Dex as life partners in love.”

She added that she was “beyond nervous” about performing the ceremony: “I’ve done live theater and presented at the Emmys and this by far was my scariest moment simply because they had bestowed such an honor upon me and I didn’t want to let them down.”

But it all went according to plan and she, husband Dean McDermott and their four-month-old son Liam got to enjoy the reception that followed: “Dean and I took Liam out onto the dance floor, and he had his first dance in our arms. The three of us swayed and smiled to Madonna.”
