• Gwyneth Paltrow has explained why she’s been hobbling around on crutches for the last few weeks: she broke her knee while exercising. She said last week: “I just kind of bashed my knee really hard into a chair, hard enough to break it. I didn’t realize it was broken so I kept working and exercising and everything, and then it turned out I needed surgery. I did that a month ago and I’m OK now… I’m just glad to be off the crutches.”
  • Jessica Alba and boyfriend Cash Warren are reportedly looking for a home in New York rather than using hotels when Jessica has to visit the city. The couple have been spotted looking at apartments in Chelsea, SoHo and the West Village recently and a source revealed: “They love visiting New York and decided to have a second home here. Jessica wants to have a cozy place to stay, since she finds herself working and shopping in NYC all the time.”
