Britney Spears applies for cocktail waitress job
It seems that Britney Spears has got a back-up plan in case her much-rumoured comeback isn’t a success: she’ll be a cocktail waitress at Les Deux.
According to reports, Britney approached the Hollywood club’s manager on Saturday night and asked for a job.
An onlooker revealed: “Britney told one of the managers, ‘I really want to get a job here - I love the sexy red corsets the cocktail waitresses wear!’ and he said ‘Well, you should fill out an application then!’”
“She filled out the application, including her work history, address, social security number, and then she went to a back room for an interview with the manager.
“Everyone thought she was joking, but she seemed dead serious.”
The incident is reminiscent of a night out at One Little West 12th in New York in February when Britney swapped her mini-dress for a go-go-dancer’s bikini after telling the dancers’ that she liked the look.
Britney is expected to release her comeback single (tentatively called “Get Back”) in the early autumn with the album following early in the new year.

I think that without her Mom Britney could not have done any better than being a cocktail waitress which is a decent living but not what she is used to. Considering the way she has handled the last 2 years of her life I expect her to fit the old sayig “A fool and her money are soon parted”. The voice and dancing ability are not that good to start. Her Mom made a goldmine out of not much talent. The only way she can continue is to shock. Perhaps she knows that and therefore the shaved head, the no knickers, the need for rehab, the public fights with Mom, the cheap wig, the pink wig, the umbrella attack, the new dog….any way to get attention. I feel bad for the Vegas Club she has been hired to host the opening. They should have hired Paris. At least prople would go see her.
Brit will not have a career without the Mom who made it for her.
