Kylie Minogue has reportedly told friends and family that she has no plans to get back together with ex-boyfriend Olivier Martinez - but the pair are still close because of his dog.

A source claiming to be a family member told the Sun that Kylie is regularly making 422-mile round trips to Paris to walk the dog, Sheeba, after bonding with the Rhodesian Ridgeback during her cancer treatment in 2005.

The source told the newspaper: “Kylie and Olivier are not back together. Kylie has told us she only has eyes for Sheeba.”

“It was the walks with her when she was struggling through cancer treatment which kept her sane.”

“Very often she jumps on the Eurostar and gets off at Paris to take Sheeba for a walk, have lunch and then gets the train back home.”

“She says it’s a great way to spend her day and really chills her out.”

Sheeba was initially jealousy of the Australian singer when she first moved into Olivier’s apartment during her treatment but after some shoe-eating, the pair quickly became friends.
