Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe celebrated his 18th birthday - and gaining access to his over £20million fortune - with a night out in Soho, London.

After the reasonably quiet night out with friends and family - including his mum, the now-of-age actor was helped back home by his minder after having a couple too many beverages.

Daniel has previously said he has no plans to go mad now he has access to his Harry Potter fortune: “I don’t plan to be one of those people who, as soon as they turn 18, suddenly buy themselves a massive sports car collection or something similar.”

“I don’t think I’ll be particularly extravagant. The things I like buying are things that cost about £10 - books and CDs and DVDs.”
