Lindsay Lohan, post-rehab Lindsay Lohan, post-rehab alcohol-monitoring-anklet-wearing Lindsay Lohan has been arrested for drinking-driving, driving with a suspended license and for cocaine possession.

This comes less than two months since her last DUI arrest and just days after she submitted herself to be formally arrested for that incident.

I just don’t understand it - is jail the new Les Deux? I can understand the desire to party when you’re young and carefree and don’t think they should necessarily be penalised for that (by the law or by society) but why on earth don’t these very rich girls - Lindsay, Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie - hire drivers for the night?

Or why don’t they, I don’t know, not chase down other SUVs when they know they’re over the limit? Especially when that limit is supposed to be absolutely nothing because you’re straight out of rehab and are wearing a monitoring bracelet.
