Britney Spears facing breaks custody rules with trip to Las Vegas
Britney Spears has reportedly broken California law by taking sons Sean and Jayden to Las Vegas without their dad Kevin Federline’s written permission.
Amidst rumours of a disastrous photoshoot for OK magazine and Kevin considering suing for full custody of the boys, Britney flew from California to Nevada in a private plane with her sons and brother Bryan on Wednesday afternoon.
A source told Us Weekly: “[Kevin] is demanding that she get back to Los Angeles because she isn’t allowed to have the kids out of state.”
“She needs written permission and she never got it or alerted people she was leaving. I’m sure Kevin’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, is mulling over how to handle this.”
In related news, Britney’s bodyguard has been issued with a citation after beating up a photographer at the Wynn Las Vegas hotel.
The photographer was taking pictures of the star and her children at the resort’s spa when bodyguard Julio “JC” Camera shoved the snapper in the chest, causing him to accidentally hit 22 month old Sean. Onlookers told Us Weekly that Britney started yelling and JC tackled the paparazzo and began punching him.
A spokesperson for the Las Vegas Police Department has confirmed that JC has been cited for misdemeanor battery and that Britney has filed an allegation of battery against the photographer on behalf of her eldest son.
Following the incident, Britney checked out of the hotel at 5.30pm local time but it is not known whether her departure was voluntary.
