Paris Hilton is reportedly set to lose her “heiress” tag because her grandfather Barron Hilton is said to be so dismayed with her behaviour.

Barron is said to be worth around $2billion after selling the Hilton Corporation to a private equity group this month, with Paris, one of his 11 grandchildren, previously slated to receive around $50million.

However, according to the Daily Mail, Barron has had enough of his most infamous granddaughter and decided he’ll give his money to charity instead.

‘House of Hilton’ biographer Jerry Oppenheimer told the newspaper: “He was, and is, extremely embarrassed by how the Hilton name has been sullied by Paris.”

However the socialite, who shot to fame after a sex tape was ‘leaked’ onto the internet, doesn’t really need his money any more. Sources predict that this year, she will quadruple the $7million she made last year due to the media frenzy around stay in jail last month.

As well as her (less than earth-shattering) pop and acting careers, Paris has recently signed a $2million deal to develop her own perfume line and has been paid a similar amount for putting her name to a jewellery range, sunglasses and a new line of pet clothes.

She also insists she’s putting money into more concrete investments: “I’m developing my own hotels, casinos and clubs and getting into real estate. It’s crazy at such a young age. I’m doing so much.”
