Usher and fiance Tameka Foster has now insisted that their wedding plans have merely been postponed rather than cancelled, and they’ll still marry at some point soon.

The couple were set to wed on Saturday afternoon at the home of record executive LA Reid, in the Hamptons, New York but the ceremony was called off just hours it was due to start.

Tameka has denied the rumours that Usher called it off because of a change of heart related to his estranged mum but refused to elaborate on the real reasons.

Now Usher has told Us Weekly magazine that his feelings for Tameka haven’t changed and they will marry at some point: “As of right now we don’t have a date but we will let you know when we do.”

Tameka is expecting the R&B star’s child later this year.
