Kerry Katona has reportedly refused to take a drugs test as part of her ongoing custody battle with ex-husband Brian McFadden.

Brian, the father of her older children Molly and Lilly-Sue, is challenging the former Atomic Kitten for full custody of the girls, claiming she is an unfit mother, after rumours that she frequently abuses alcohol and cocaine, including while pregnant with youngest daughter Heidi.

Brian’s legal team has asked Kerry to provide evidence that she’s drug-free but according to the News of the World, Kerry refused.

A source told the newspaper: “Brian thinks her refusal is as clear as any test result.”

The girls have been staying with Brian at his family home in Ireland since the raid on Kerry’s home last month. Brian and Kerry married in 2002 after the birth of Molly in August 2001, but separated in 2004.

In related news, Kerry has reportedly thrown new husband Mark Croft out of their Wilmslow home after a story about him cheating on her appeared in a Sunday newspaper. Kerry is said to be “devastated” after friends confirmed the story. The couple married in February at Gretna Green and welcomed their baby daughter Heidi into the world just days later.
