Javine and Harvey had an affair. Get over it. It was hurtful at the time, but poeple need to move on. Life is too short. Anyone who tries to justify it by whatever means is fooling themselves. It is a purely selfish act where the participants don’t consider anyone else’s feelings and the hurt they will cause. Nobody should go after someone else’s partner and if you feel like straying, finish the relationship first instead of trying to have your cake and eat it…be decent.

The comments that after a year you should be able to move on are misguided. Sometimes the hurt is so great it is very hard to move on quickly, especially if you had planned to spend your life with someone, it is just not that simple…or shallow.

It grieves me to see Javine and her pregnancy being celebrated in the media and interviewed on programs like LK today. What kind of message does that send out? That it is perfectly ok to commit adultery, that there is no shame attached..it seems there are no morals anymore. I feel the same about Brad and Angelina…they should not be celebrated.

I personally wish Alesha all the best. She is bright and beautiful and goodness just shines from her. She doesn’t need revenge…that usually happens all by itself.
