Eddie Murphy orders Melanie Brown to stop talking about him
Eddie Murphy has threatened Melanie Brown with legal action unless she stops using his name in press interviews.
The Spice Girl has made frequent references to Eddie in recent interviews, regarding their relationship and his behaviour following the birth of their daughter Angel in April.
Eddie’s lawyer has now issued a cease and desist notice, claiming she has been “disseminating disparaging, negative and defamatory statements” about about the Shrek star and that she is making highly “unreasonable extortionate demands”, such as demanding he buy a multi-million dollar home for her in Malibu.
Melanie recently said she was “kind of appalled” by Eddie’s behaviour since they split up and added that he has yet to pay any child support payments for the baby girl.

Surely it’s only defamation if it isn’t ture? If what she is saying is true, it does not matter how much legal muscle Murphy brings to bear, he cannot do a thing about what she is saying. And we only have his word that she asked for a $9m house. I sincerely hope he can prove this allegation otherwise he is guilty of some defamation of his own (or, should I say MORE defamation) and she should sue his rear off this planet.

she probably planned it, told him she was on the pill, & fell pregnant because she knew she could set herself up for life with his money.
Not sure if I feel sorry for him, but feel sorry for her desperation to have to stoop so low & use someone to finance her life.

Eddy is shameful human being abandoning his daughter and thinking he could get away with it because he is Eddy Murphy. He is nothing short of yet another African American just tossing his kid aside because it wasn’t me attitude. I understand Mel B’s anger he promised her marriage and he left her when she needed him the most. She is too smart to just pregnant like that, things happen it is time for him for take responsibility I will not see another of his films again in fact I am writting a letter to disuade Disney not to hire him again because he does work with Children and he should not for his behavior!
