Peaches GeldofPeaches Geldof was reportedly less than impressed to find her VIP table at London club Chinawhite usurped by a selection of bigger fish.

Peaches was at the after-party following a Fall Out Boy gig in the capital last night when the band’s bassist Pete Wentz, accompanied by his girlfriend Ashlee Simpson, arrived. Peaches was removed from the table to make way for the couple and their friends Rihanna and the band Gym Class Heroes.

According to the Sun, Peaches sat nearby, waiting to be asked to join them, but was told there wasn’t any room at the table - but room was made when Kelly Osbourne arrived later in the evening.

Peaches was then seen charging for the exit but couldn’t get through because of the crowds of clubgoers. She was overheard saying: “This is ridiculous. I can’t believe I was chucked off my table and now I can’t even get out of the place.”

The eldest daughter of Bob Geldof and Paula Yates can console herself in the knowledge that she finally has her own Islington flat to return to rather than traipsing back to the family home in Battersea.

A friend of the wannabe DJ revealed that she finally moved out a few weeks ago: “Peaches has been desperate to move out of her dad [Bob Geldof]’s place for ages now - but all the time she was at school he was refusing to let her go, as he wanted to keep an eye on her and make sure she got through her exams.”

But now she’s left school: “there wasn’t a lot he could do to convince her to stay with him, so she didn’t waste any time in finding somewhere with a friend. She is enjoying herself.”

“Bob will be keeping an eye on her from afar. He knows deep down she isn’t a stupid girl but she has a habit of falling in with the wrong people and getting into bother.”
