David and Victoria Beckham have reportedly been left without any child-care support after two nannies quit just weeks after moving with the family to Los Angeles.

An inside source told the News of the World that after a year and six months respectively, the two nannies had had enough of being treated like “skivvies”: “You’d imagine it’s a dream job working for celebrities like that in California. But these two trained professionals said it was a nightmare.”

“They complained Victoria spoke down to them, her mother Jackie bossed them about and they felt like dogsbodies.”

While the pair were initially hired solely to look after the children - eight year old Brooklyn, four year old Roemo and two year old Cruz, “both girls ended up having to cook and clean up for all the family. Victoria and Jackie constantly nagged and ordered them about.”

“Some days they were on the go from 6am to midnight. The pay was OK but they just got sick of it.”
