All the fashionista celebrities are in New York for Fashion Week. Gwen Stefani attended her L.A.M.B. Spring 2008 show with son Kingston Rossdale, while Ashlee Simpson, Kate Bosworth and Sophia Bush were also spotted viewing other collections about town.
Over in Italy, the Venice Film Festival continues. Johnny Depp (and his luggage) arrived on Tuesday and presented his long-time collaborator, director Tim Burton with the Golden Lion Lifetime Achievement Award yesterday.
At the 33rd Deauville Film Festival in France, brothers Ben Affleck and Casey Affleck premiered their new film Gone Baby Gone: Casey stars in the crime thriller, Ben’s directorial debut.
And in Australia, Zac Efron and Nikki Blonskey promoted their film Hairspray ahread of the country’s premiere on Tuesday night - and Zac’s High School Musical co-star and girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens smiled for the cameras at the premiere itself.

In London, it’s also been a week of red carpet events: models (including Elle Macpherson, Helena Christensen and Naomi Campbell), actors (Orlando Bloom, Rosario Dawson and Jude Law) and music stars (Lily Allen, Jamelia, Elton John, James Blunt and Kanye West) all came out for the GQ Men of the Year Awards at the Royal Opera House on Tuesday night.
While those too hip and cool to attend that - eg, The Young Knives, The New Young Pony Club and Dizzee Rascal - headed across town for the Mercury Music Awards instead.
But celebrity life isn’t all fancy outfits and free bar events: Britney Spears was snapped heading for a Taco Bell with cousin Alli Sims in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
While Hayden Panettiere and Heroes co-star Milo Ventimiglia were spotted lunching together near her West Hollywood home later in the day instead.
And Brad Pitt was spotted at a New York Yankees baseball game with son Maddox earlier in the week. Maddox was only just spotted though - someone get that boy a box to stand on.
