  • Heroes star Hayden Panettiere has reportedly split up with boyfriend Stephen Coletti. Rumours started circulating about a split at the weekend when Stephen didn’t accompany Hayden to the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday (and when asked where he was, she replied “I don’t know. In California?”) but now she has confirmed they’ve gone their separate ways. She told US Weekly: “We are still very close friends and talk to each other frequently. We appreciate and support each other’s careers.”
  • Owen Wilson is said to taking the old cliche ‘laughter is the best medicine’ to heart after his recent suicide attempt. A source told Us Weekly that he requested a private screening of new Billy Bob Thornton comedy Mr Woodcock: “He thinks it’s hilarious.” The source added that the Royal Tenanbaums actor is well on the road to recovery: “He’s not crying or drinking. He is normal.”
