Forget the Atkins diet or endurance yoga for 23 hours a day, Kelly Brook insists the best way to stay in shape is to have lots of sex.

She told Closer magazine: “Sex keeps me fit and healthy. What can be better than that?”

“It’s not about crazy diets or gym workouts. At the end of the day, I’m a normal girl and I’m not going to deny myself desserts.”

“I don’t diet and I don’t feel under pressure to be a certain shape or size. I am what I am. I keep my figure by eating what I want, but not in bulk.”

She added that she enjoys making healthy food for her and fiance Billy Zane, including soups, vegetarian and fish dishes: “I always have three meals a day, but if I’m working late, I’ll stop off at McDonald’s for a Big Mac and chips.”
