  • Britney Spears “celebrated” the judge’s drug-testing and counselling ruling in her ongoing custody case on Tuesday night by partying at Winston’s and Hyde clubs in Hollywood. Onlookers report that Britney looked “disheveled” at Winston’s and was dancing on table tops at Hyde. One fellow clubgoer told People magazine: “They kept bringing her shots and so they were drinking. She was dancing on the tables trying to be really sexy, even putting a black sock over her head as a hat, and putting on a show for everyone.”
  • Matthew McConaughey will replace Owen Wilson in Tropic Thunder after Owen dropped out of the production following his suicide attempt last month. The comedy, directed by Ben Stiller and also starring Jack Black and Robert Downey Jr, is set to begin shooting in Hawaii next month.
