Brad Pitt: “idiotic” to say I’m helping people because of Angelina Jolie
Brad Pitt has slammed rumours that he is only doing charity work because of his relationship with Angelina Jolie.
He told Parade magazine that the suggestion is “idiotic”: I do it because I’m a member of the human race.”
“In Africa you see people on the street dying from AIDS, children left without parents. We’re all cells of one body, with the same emotions and desires for our families - for a little dignity and a chance for a better life. Let’s focus on that!”
“I believe in the founding principles of America. I want to fight for that. I know most Americans feel the same way.”
“[But] whoever said all men are born equal never left his own backyard. I see people everywhere without opportunity. I want to help level the playing field.”

He’s idiotic. “Whoever said all men are born equal never left his own backyard”? And attach this phrase to the previous one, “I believe in the founding principles of America.”
Well, how can he believe those principles if he’s mocking the founders themselves, and second of all, doesn’t understand the context of the quote “All men are born equal” anyway? That shows how idiotic HE is.
It means that governments and society in general cannot say that some people DESERVE less than others because these things, freedom, pursuit of happiness, is GOD GIVEN right.
The founding fathers were more educated and more understanding of human rights, and how to help achieve that, than this Mississipi twat who has diarrhea of the mouth, and constipation of ideas.
It’s so annoying when these two constantly treat themselves as if they are better than “hollywood” when the people who produce movies, act, and other parts of filmmaking are human beings themselves, trying to find some happiness for themselves and their family. They help people as much as they can without publicity - which is the most important thing.
Needy causes don’t need celebrity. They need to be fixed. These two think that by taking paps to far corners of the world, they’re going to change gossip mags? They can’t.
It shows how much importance they place on US Weekly and People if they think like this. They need to get away from the limelight, no matter how much their ego is going to suffer, if they really want to concentrate on their “charity” work (or buying fifty houses around the world and using enough jet fuel for just four people to equal china in the CO2 emmissions) If Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez can do it, and costars Matt Damon (who has adopted his wife’s child himself but doesn’t parade it to the world) and George Clooney, then I’m sure you can too.
These people compare themselves with Paris Hilton and make themselves feel better about themselves. Instead, compare yourself with people who are doing more than you, and actually BETTER yourself.
It’s people that believe their own importance, like these fools, that are an example of celebrities. Brad, Angelina - Get over yourself. Do work. Do it quietly.
Shut up about things you don’t understand like phrases like “all men are created equal” that have REALLY illuminated mankind and helped bring about peace and freedom for many.
Oh, and give your Publicist a vacay. You’ve got enough PR for every stupid comment written about you.

oh, yeah, and he’s getting enough botox for his face to be a “level playing field” for everyone. If he really wants to give back to the world, stop flying with your brood all over the world every hour in a private jet that’s going to not only make the air in America toxic ( I know you two don’t give a damn about that. Because whoever heard of poor people in your own land? Oh! Shocker! There are HIV suffering people here too! And they can’t afford their meds as well! Didn’t you two know? Unlike you, tragedy doesn’t know the difference between borders. I guess there’s more publicity in that place)
but also the smog created by you self-important is going to pollute Africa and other places.
It’s all in their head. If they think that they’re going to be hounded, they will be hounded.
Some celebrities fly with the irritating, autograph asking and filthy non creme de la mer using public and get over it. You two avoid that by emitting greenhouse gases. Score! That’s a great present to give to your kids and their grandkids- that’s time released and not from FAO Shwartz.

Wow. Just one thing, you’re willingly quoting People and Us Weekly so I guess those rags are your bible. It shows your ignorance about serious matters.
