Emma Bunton has reportedly treated herself to a luxury break last month to get back into shape for the forthcoming Spice Girls reunion tour.

According to the Mirror, Emma rented a £5,000-a-week villa in the south of France with an in-house chef on hand to help her stick to a strict diet. Partner Jade Jones and two month old son Beau also tagged along for the trip.

A source told the newspaper: “Emma was swimming 50 lengths, doing yoga, and toning every day.”

“When she left [at the end of the stay] she looked like she’d never even had a baby.”

The band’s comeback tour starts in Vancouver in December.
