Bobby Brown is “recovering nicely” after suffering a mild heart attack on Tuesday.

Bobby was rushed to hospital in California on Tuesday after experiencing chest pains and tingling in his arms.

Speaking on Wednesday, Bobby’s spokesperson Phaedra Parks said: “This morning they did diagnose him as suffering from a mild heart attack … [which] they attributed to stress and diet.”

“He is in great spirits and has a great prognosis from his doctors. He’s speaking with family members.”

Bobby, who is currently involved in a custody battle over daughter Bobbi Kristina with ex-wife Whitney Houston, is set to perform in the V100 Taste of Soul event in Los Angeles at the weekend and Parks added that he still hopes to perform: “He’s a performer. It’s what he does best.”

“He just wants the fans to know that he is definitely going to come back full speed ahead.”
