Britney SpearsBritney Spears‘ legal team is reportedly set to return to court today to expand the star’s access to her sons.

Britney lost shared custody of the boys, Sean and Jayden last week and can currently only see them in monitored visits.

Now her legal team, led by lawyer Sorrell Trope, are said to be asking for the visits to include overnight stays since the star has now met several of the court’s criteria for custody, such as holding a valid driver’s license and passing random drugs testing.

On hearing about the planned request, Kevin Federline’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan said yesterday: “I don’t see any emergency or any new facts. We are going to oppose this.”
