Kate Hudson has reportedly finished with boyfriend Dax Shepard because she’s still has feelings for ex-boyfriend Owen Wilson.

Kate and Dax were rumoured to have split up last month but a source close to the Almost Famous star told the New York Daily News that it only officially happened last week.

The friend told the newspaper: “They weren’t working out, and she got bored. She’s telling people it’s a clean break.”

But another source told the Metro that Kate and Dax - who only got together over the summer - had been having problems since Owen’s attempted suicide at the end of August - because it made Kate “realise how much she loves [Owen]”.

A solo Kate attended a Directors Guild of America event in Los Angeles last week and evaded questions about her relationship with Dax.
