Since things aren’t perfect with her own mum at the moment, Britney Spears is reportedly getting help from her ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake’s mum instead.

A source close to the popstar reveals: “Someone from their record company told [Justin’s mum Lynn Harless that] Britney was in a very bad mental state.”

“Lynn told Justin how bad it was, and he asked her if she could help. So Lynn began to call and email Britney.”

Lynn has known Britney through Justin since the pair worked together on The New Mickey Mouse Club in the early 1990s and she said about the singer recently: “I love Britney. She is a sweet girl. I just hate what she is going through.”

In related news, a second source close to Britney has revealed that the court-mandated parenting classes are working out well for both Britney and her two sons, Sean and Jayden.

The source told OK magazine: “No one has ever trained her or shown her how to look after her boys. She really wants to learn, and she’s going to try really hard. She’s been taking parenting classes and taking them very seriously.”

After losing shared custody of the boys, she now only sees them during monitored visits but because of that and the classes, she is more focused and attentive around them.

The source added: “She loves those boys beyond belief. She just doesn’t know how to be a good mom. She never thought she’d lose those kids; this is her wake-up call.”
