Nicole Kidman halts daughter’s tattoo plans
Nicole Kidman has said she’s putting her foot down some aspects of daughter Bella’s teen rebellion.
Fifteen year old Bella, Nicole’s daughter from her marriage to Tom Cruise, is starting to step out and about around Hollywood but Nicole is keen for her eldest child not to grow up too soon.
Nicole said recently: “Bella had a phase of blue hair - luckily that only lasted for a little while. But we recently had a discussion at home about tattoos and I had to lay down some ground rules.”
“My husband [Keith Urban] has tattoos, so obviously I don’t mind them on principle. But I do think you have to be a certain age before you can choose to do something as permanent as that, and I don’t think that age is 14 or 15. Call me old-fashioned, if you will.”

So Nicole won’t allow her soon to be 15 year daughter to have a tatoo, but Nicole’s next film role is a woman who has a very sexual affair with a 15 year old boy. Maybe Nicole “haven’t seen my kids since May” Kidman needs to start setting better examples for her kids.

Work is work, it doesn’t play a part in this issue. How Nicole is reacting is the way any mother would when her child wants to harm her body; whether it be piercing, drugs or tatoo. LA has enough bad influences. Keeping her children out of harms way will be a full-time job, whether they are with Nicole or Tom.
