Tara Palmer-TomkinsonBritish socialite Tara Palmer-Tomkinson has revealed her nose would probably be utterly destroyed if she ever snorted cocaine again.

Tara went through rehab in Arizona in 1999 to beat her drug addiction but her addiction caught up with her again when her septum collapsed last year, leaving her nose disfigured. She underwent three-hours of surgery last July to have it reconstructed but has now revealed doctors have warned her that her new nose is fragile and she needs to stay off drugs.

She said: “It would be an absolute physical impossibility for me to use drugs in my lifetime.”

“The nose would come off in my hand. I’m very pleased as drugs almost took my life away.”
