• Halle Berry has revealed her father regularly beat up her mum and her sister when Halle was a small child. In a recent interview, she said the year leading up to her parents’ divorce when she was four was “the worst year of my life”. Her dad Jerome hit her mum Judith and her sister Heidi, who was two years older than Halle: “The hard part for me was that he never abused me. I felt like a coward because I didn’t do anything and couldn’t do anything.”
  • Paris Hilton has threatened to sue an adult video store in Toronto this week after she spotted posters of herself in the shop’s window. Paris saw the pictures, advertising One Night in Paris sex tape on Wednesday and was overheard telling staff: “You guys can’t use my image in a porn store,” a woman said to be Hilton was heard saying. “I’m going to call my lawyer and sue the f*** out of this place. I really want them down because they’re mean and this is not right. I’m really serious, this is disgusting.” Paris is currently in the city filming Repo: The Genetic Opera.
