- Last night saw the 16th Annual BAFTA/LA Cunard Britannia Awards at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza in Los Angeles. Kate Winslet picked up the “artist of the year” trophy and other British stars such as Helen Mirren, Thandie Newton and Bill Nighy were also in attendance.
- Tom Cruise’s Lions for Lambs premiere train reached Los Angeles with the star walking the red carpet with wife Katie Holmes. David Beckham also showed up to support his friend.
- In New York, Jennifer Garner looked great on her way into the Richards Rodgers Theater for the opening niight of her play Cyrano de Bergerac.
- And in Munich, the MTV Europe Music Awards took place last night with Avril Lavigne picking up two awards and performing on the show.
- Wednesday night’s Halloween party photos have also filtered through. Heidi Klum’s 8th Annual Halloween Party at the Green Door in LA for still the place to be. The supermodel herself went feline for the evening.
- Nicky Hilton clearly didn’t get the “Heidi = Cat” memo though and also donned pussy cat ears and a tail for the evening.
- Britney Spears avoided that though and went as a … pink zebra making ends meet through stripping?
- Paris Hilton was at the LAX club in Las Vegas - she went in pseudo-military mini-dress and scary yellow contacts before changing into a stripey convict-style mini-dress with “jail bait” written across her bum.
- Kate Beckinsale and husband Len Wiseman donned devil outfits for their trick-or-treating with daughter Lily.
- Christina Aguilera dressed up as a Spider Queen (one full of eggs, presumably) for a night out at Hyde with husband Jordan “Dracula” Bratman.
- While in New York, Petra Nemcova went to the Cipriani’s event as Cleopatra.
- And even though Halloween isn’t a really big deal in the UK, Kate Middleton witched it up for a night out at Mahiki.
