Jennifer Hudson has revealed she’s having problems bonding with her fellow Sex and the City cast and crew mates - because she can’t see the fascination with shoes.

Jennifer, who plays an assistant to Sarah Jessica Parker’s Carrie Bradshaw’s in the big-screen adaptation of the TV series, has to wear designer stilettos at all times on set, even when she is only being shot from the neck up.

She told Us Weekly recently: “They love heels!”

“[SATC producer] Michael Patrick King is like, ‘Heels all the time! Have to wear the heels!’”

“I’m not a shoe girl at all, so I’m like, ‘Are you serious?’. So that’s very different for me.”

When probed about the film’s plot - which is said to include a number of dream sequences, Jennifer refused to give out any details on what is really going to happen to the show’s much-loved characters: “You’ll have to wait and see [the movie]. I’m not going to be the one to let the cat out of the bag.”
