Eva Herzigova has revealed breast feeding helped her return to her pre-pregnancy supermodel figure in just four months.

Eva, who gave birth to son George Marsiaj Herzig, in June first attributed her weight-loss to a high metabolism but now thinks her breast-feeding helped her along too.

She said recently: “Nature has a way of taking care of things. If you have a certain figure you’ll go back to it. Breast feed and don’t worry about it.”

She added that she is still very much enjoying motherhood: “Every little thing about it is wonderful, it makes me feel satisfied with life and more grounded.”
