Kim CattrallKim Cattrall has revealed she’s taking a rather mercenary approach to the Sex and the City film.

While she’s enjoying playing her character Samantha again, she told Sky Showbiz recently: “I’m doing it for the money.”

“She’s very near and dear to me and I had such a wonderful time [making the TV series].”

“But I can’t really ask more of that experience other than more financial security because I feel like we did it and we did it so well and I always felt that it was about the money.”

“We should all do it and make a lot of money and if we weren’t going to make the money why do it?”

“If this is the only [SATC] film we do, that’s fine; if it isn’t, I can buy a bigger apartment.”
