Geri Halliwell has reportedly hired her own singing teacher to make sure her voice isn’t overshadowed by her Spice Girls bandmates when the group return to the stage next month.

A source close to the group told the News of the World that Geri will work on a one-on-one basis with Any Dream Will Do vocal coach Zoe Tyler during the band’s rehearsals in Los Angeles over the next few weeks.

The source explained: “Geri doesn’t want to come back after all these years and not be ready for it.”

“There are 22 dates on the tour in London alone so Geri’s voice will really be tested.”
